How To Choose The Right Class
For new members, you will be asked to take the [only white belts class] or [fundamental class] and learn the basic movements and techniques there.
After building up the foundations, you will be allowed to participate in [all belts class] or [open mat] or [Judo class] or [NO-GI class].
By sparring with more experienced members, you can use and apply the knowledge you learn and put it into action, which is sparring.
Moreover, advanced members are welcome to join the [competition sparring] if they wish to improve and bring their game to the next level.
Any member who wishes to take [only white belts class] or [fundamental class] but cannot attend due to personal reasons, please join the [all belts class]! We encourage you to try any class that interests you, regardless of your level of ability.

This Free Trial Session is a safe and easy class aimed for beginners. It is suitable for those who are not confident in sport activities. HKJJ can accommodate various needs such as weight-loss, good health, self-defense and other personal dreams.
