クラス案内

Class Information

All Belts Class [ 60-90min ]

For All Belts

This class is open for all members regardless belt colors and level. It starts with warm up movements, and then moving to techniques and drills, finishing with free sparring.


Fundamental Class [ 60min ]

For All Belts

Fundamental class for beginner focuses mainly on the basic movements in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, as well we basic throws, and submissions.

It is recommended to join since a lot of drills for all levels and warm up will be reinforced.


Grappling Class [ 60min ]

For All Belts

No-Gi is also referred as Grappling. 
You are able to learn the Jiu-Jitsu technique in No-Gi at this class.


※Cloth with metal parts on will not be allowed and cloth must be worn at all time. In this class, Gi pants is not allowed. Please wear the rash guard & half pants or surf pants.

Only White Belts Class [ 60min ]

For Only White Belts


This class is for new members or beginners who have not BJJ experienced before. 
We will start with the basics such as the right way to grip and movements on the ground.


Competition Sparring [ 60min ]

For White Belts 3rd stripe or more


This class is for white belts 3rd stripe or more advanced members who wish to enter the competitions. 
It will include a series of physical training and free sparring which can be very demanding.

Only this class is not able to be observed.

Judo Class [ 60min ]

For All Belts

This class teaches Judo techniques fundamental to improving Jiu-Jitsu standing skills. 
You will learn standing techniques to take down the opponents and method of control. 
It is a safe and easy class focusing from the basics, also suitable for beginners.


Open Mat [ 30-60min ]

For All Belts

This class is for members who wish to spend extra time to polish their skills freely. 
Sparring or all training (movement, drill, fitness and technique) will be under instructor’s supervision strictly.

It is also available to use to be chatted with members.


Kids Jiu-Jitsu / Kids Judo Class [ 60min ]

For Kids Member

This is the class for the kids members (Primary School Student). 
This class starts with basic exercise such as mat exercises to learn how to control own body. The class continues to learn break fall, basic Jiu-Jitsu or Judo movements and respect for opponents while having fun through playing some games.



*Attendance is not compulsory. Members are welcome to join, train and rest at their own pace. Remember, do not let your work and age take away the chance of being fit and healthy from you. At HKJJ, our instructors will always be happy to assist. We promise to set up a program that will work the best for you.

This Free Trial Session is a safe and easy class aimed for beginners. It is suitable for those who are not confident in sport activities. HKJJ can accommodate various needs such as weight-loss, good health, self-defense and other personal dreams.

Why not personally experience martial arts you often see on TV shows and magazines.

We welcome all walks of life, from students, children, ladies, elders to businessmen who could use some easy exercise.
